This function will check if something has changed (or added) after a certain date. 
It’s possible to request to use our callback mechanism. If needed please send us the URL to connect to. This URL should 
output “OK” when received successfully.

Last checked date & time. (Format: YYYY‐MM‐DD hh:mm:ss) 

RESULTS

Function will return one of the three possible changes (details, availability, rate or providers) and the belonging property 
ids.
