(work-in-progress) simple portable filtering/viewing/following/ignoring of logfiles.

Just one bashscript.
Handy for lowspec/embedded systems, or when multitail or lnav is not available.

scenarios:

* your applications has XXX loglines per seconds and you only want to watch warnings/errors e.g.

* you are running screen- or tmux and you want to keep an eye on your syslog.
